Not being able to sleep is a common occurrence after breaking up. Mostly, it’s because our mind is so busy running through the events that we just can’t power down enough to rest. Sometimes the opposite is true. All we want to do is sleep, because when we’re asleep we don’t have to think.
How do you sleep after break up?
- Meditate. Meditation can help in multiple ways post-breakup.
- Exercise. Exercise releases feel-good chemicals in the body known as endorphins.
- Talk to Someone. It’s helpful to be able to speak about your feelings honestly.
- Practice Gratitude.
